Here at The Bell, our aim is to serve fresh, locally sourced, high quality food. This is achieved by our dedicated team of chefs who provide the flair and imagination needed to prepare and cook delicious food for our regularly changing menu to reflect the freshest produce in season. All of our fish is delivered daily from Cornwall to arrive on the plate as fresh as possible.

 

Leading the team in the kitchen is Head Chef Andrew McNaughton who has worked at some of the most respected restaurants around the world; including Harvey Nichols, OXO Tower and Rockpool in Sydney.

 

Andrew works very closely with our local suppliers to ensure our customers can choose from seasonally changing menus.
